Spin n Tone - 30 minutes ride that include endurance, strength, intervals, hills, climbs and exciting music to go with it, second 30 minutes working upper body and abdominal training using free weights and more.

Power Hour – POWERFUL, Strength, Endurance, Balance,circuit training designed to give you a total body workout to include 30 minutes SPINNING, 30 minutes Resistance Bands
and Stability Balls.

Spin til you Squat – Butt Seriously starts in the Spin room, focusing on our leg movement, core stability during SPRINTS, CLIMBS, and more for 30 minutes switch to our BUTT SERIOUSLY workout for 30 minutes.
