Vibrant, energetic and motivating, Believe Fitness NY is a boutique fitness center catering to what women want. This state of the art studio was designed to create a workout experience just for you

Believe combines health and nutrition with a variety of fitness classes including TRX, Cardio Kickboxing, Butt Seriously, Kettlebell Body Weight Training, ZUMBA, Power Yoga, and Spin.

We also offer buddy training, small group, max of 4 people, and personal training sessions to help you obtain the look and feel that you want. Your goal is Believe’s goal.

Believe’s founder and visionary, Samantha, has a bachelor’s degree with honors in Health, Wellness and Nutrition, certifications in TRX Suspension Training, Group Fitness (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), Personal Training (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and completed workshops in Boot Camp Training (LA Fitness), Indoor Cycling (AFAA) , and Yoga and Mind, Body Therapies and Practices. Always looking to learn new methods and techniques that will benefit her clients, Samantha is currently in the process of getting certified for the Biggest Loser Pro.

After 10 years in the fitness industry, Samantha put her heart and soul into building a warm and inviting fitness studio that offers a program committed to providing you with your best workout yet in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
